Wescott recently completed the Thermal Aluminium Spray application to a series of assets for the client, Thornton Engineering.

What's involved in brief...

Inspection for surface profile and salt contamination.
Application of thermal spray aluminium AW1100 to 500 microns.

The TSA coating was conducted in accordance with ISO 2063.
Carry out DFT and adhesion testing in accordance with ISO4624 for QC.
Sealer applied.
