Wescott & Santos Take Out the 2020 SA Premiers Award for Energy & Mining

Wescott was humbled to learn that together with Santos, their Port Bonython Tank Inspection Scope Innovative Solution, took out the Health & Safety Category of the 2020 SA Premier Awards for Energy & Mining.

Now in its eighth year, the Premier's Awards in Energy and Mining recognise excellence demonstrated by leading resources and energy sector companies and organisations to improve the economic, environmental, health and social wellbeing of South Australian communities. 

The project, executed by Wescott at Santos' Port Bonython Plant, featured the use of innovative access solutions and the introduction of other innovation, giving rise to increased safety and also adding efficiencies.

Santos remarked on the ability of Wescott to create a solution to achieve their ideal of safe and innovative practices.
